Standing out from the me-too pharma pack [ + expand for details ] [ - collapse details ]

When PharMEDium wanted us to develop a new ad campaign for their sterile compounding pharmaceutical admixtures, we took a look at competitive ads to see how to make ours stand out. Almost without exception, competitors’ ads were dry and copy-intensive, with very literal imagery. So we took a different approach to the look and feel, giving a witty tone to prominent headlines, minimizing body copy, which exclusively focused on customer benefits, and catching readers’ eyes with bright, saturated-color backgrounds.
