We put together this investment kit to support Nuveen’s campaign to educate and build awareness of their wide range of closed-end funds (CEFs) among financial advisors. CEFs’ varied strategies can add balance to investment portfolios beyond the capability of a simple mix of stocks and bonds.

Called—what else?—Finding the Right Balance, the kit used a visual theme of calm, Zen-like balanced rocks serving as a metaphor for various investment types included in a truly balanced portfolio. The kit comprised one brochure introducing advisors to CEFs, another giving the basics about each of Nuveen’s 120-plus closed-end funds, and three sell sheets listing more detail and promoting Nuveen’s website, which offers advisors and their clients access to real-time news, articles and information about each fund’s daily performance.
